Mooseemporium.com is a copyrighted and registered website, the owner of Mooseemporium.com is Moose Pak LLC. From Herein, Moose Pak LLC and mooseemporium.com website will be referred as "mooseemporium.com"

COMPANY POLICY
Items sold are on an as-is basis. Warranties that apply may be limited manufacturer warranties. Mooseemporium.com disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. We also do not authorize anyone to assume liability in connection with these items.

In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of  or in connection with the purchase of our merchandise, without limitation, breach of any obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, or alternate manufacturers. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. If you have questions, please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse to service, and or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. You will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.

In the case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship the in-stock items and notify you about the status of your remaining order. Once the backordered items are available, they will be shipped and we will provide you with updated shipping information.

The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of mooseemporium.com. None of these materials should be used without our written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.

We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to your original order. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from picture. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors.

We reserve the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, without notification, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.

Warranty & Returns

Any cancellations and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We offer only exchanges in the event of defective items. Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the above within 10 days and the following restrictions:

All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware.

Products can not be installed or otherwise show signs of wear. No refunds or exchange on any part that has been modified or painted.

No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, or custom order items.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns must be returned through a traceable method and insured. If we cannot verify receipt of the product to us, we can't process the return.

Returns are shipped via a ground method at our discretion unless the customer pays for the difference for expedited shipping. Prior expedited shipping on the original order has no bearing on the second return method of shipping.

Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a handling fee of $10 and all non-product related fees (shipping, transaction costs, and insurance) are not refundable. If you want your item back, you'll need to pay all shipping and handling costs back to you. No exception.

Any products returned to us that our not our own is an act of malice and fraud. Some items contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it is being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions to the postal service (for mail fraud), and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.

All products returned to mooseemporium.com must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by mooseemporium.com. The RMA is valid for 5 days from the date of issuance. Please contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number and return instructions.

Shortages

Please inspect your delivery immediately. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for splits, cracks or tears. If an item is missing, please notify us immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation.

Shipping/Damages

Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and mooseemporium.com immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.

All information submitted to us is private. We do not rent, sell, distribute information to anyone. We respect your privacy.

All Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price variance, will notify you prior to shipping.

We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international order.

Mooseemporium.com is not responsible for any typographical errors on the description or pricing of products. Due to the large amount of products and frequency of new incoming products, typographical errors can occur. We reserve the right to change price or make corrections without notice

Information

Information Collection and Use
Mooseemporium.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. 

Order

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information will be used for customer contact.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order

Log Files

We record IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Termination

Mooseemporium.com reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason whatsoever and to revoke any transactions on standby or your membership in Mooseemporium.com and your access to the website, content, services without prior notice to you.
